Gets the job done. It can be a little uncomfortable, but not as uncomfortable as having difficulty breathing. I prefer to use it while exercising even though it's advertised for use while sleeping. For sleep, i use the magnetic intake breathing style, and that works great, but it's very conspicuous and the stickers come off if i sweat. This sleepease device is much less conspicuous; only a small part sticks out of the nose. And it stays put a lot better through physical activity.
